A Man for All Seasons is a historical drama about Sir Thomas More, a man of strong principles, who stands up to King Henry VIII. The King wants to divorce his wife, Catherine of Aragon, and marry Anne Boleyn, but More, a devout Catholic, refuses to approve it.
More faces intense pressure from the King, his advisor Thomas Cromwell, and even his own family to go along with the plan. Despite losing his position, being imprisoned, and ultimately facing execution, More stays true to his beliefs. The play is about courage, integrity, and the cost of standing by your convictions, even when it comes at a great personal price.
